Order Processing: Getting Your Items Ready

We aim to get all orders processed and packaged within 1–3 business days. This is how quickly we can typically find your item, do a quality check, and get it ready for the carrier.

A quick heads-up:

Things outside the norm can slow us down, like incomplete payment details, an address that looks confusing, or an unexpected surge in orders during the holidays. If we encounter any issues, we'll always reach out to you via email first to clarify the situation before proceeding, ensuring your delivery is successful.

Shipping Times: When to Expect Your Package

Once the carrier has your package, here’s what you can generally expect:

  • United States: Typically 7–10 business days

  • International Countries: Typically 10–14 business days

Things we can't control (but we promise to track!):

Please keep in mind that once your order leaves our warehouse, it's in the hands of the shipping carrier. Occasionally, delays happen due to things like severe weather conditions, major holiday backlogs, or unexpected carrier errors. We have limited control over these variables, but we promise to use all tracking information available to keep you in the loop and informed every step of the way!

 

Taxes, Duties, & Customs

For our international friends, please be aware that placing an order with us does not include any potential customs taxes or duties that your home country may impose on incoming packages.

  • You are responsible for paying these charges if your local customs office requires them.

  • If you'd like clarity on these rates, please contact your country’s customs office before ordering.

  • A quick note: Elenquor cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process. We can’t speed up customs; their timing is entirely up to them!

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? We get it!

If you need to cancel your order after payment, please contact us immediately. We will absolutely try our best to help you!

  • However, because we work quickly to get orders to our warehouse, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

  • If processing or shipping has already taken place, we regret that we won't be able to stop it. In that case, you’ll simply need to initiate a product return once the item arrives.
