We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused.
  • It must have the original tags attached.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first: Send an email to the address above to let us know you want to start a return.
  2. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs to send the product back to us.
  3. Tracking: Please provide us with the tracking number for the return shipment so we know when to expect it.

Damages, Issues, and Wrong Items

Please take a moment to inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right for you.

 

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review this list before requesting a return:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special or personalized orders).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products once opened).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and Gift Cards are final sale.

Exchanges: The Fastest Way

The quickest and easiest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item. This speeds up the whole process!

 

🇪🇺 European Union Customers: Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you are granted a "cooling off" period. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. All other eligibility requirements listed above (unworn, unused, tags, packaging, proof of purchase) still apply.

 

Refunds: Processing Your Money Back

Once we receive your return package, please allow 3–5 business days for us to fully process and inspect the item.

  1. Notification: We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
  2. Refund Issued: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  3. Timing: The refund is typically processed within 10 business days of approval. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If your refund hasn't appeared after 15 business days following our approval, please contact us at sales@elenquor.com so we can look into it immediately.
